HAIR EXTENSIONS
Lash extensions will last you through a full growth cycle. However, it is recommended that you book your fills around 2 weeks after your initial appointment. The time frame on when you should book your fill also depends on your personal lash shedding process. naturally we lose 3-7 lashes per day. Retention also depends on how you care for your lashes at home after leaving your appointment.
Applying a full set of lash extensions can take anywhere from 1.5-2.5 hours depending on the volume of your natural lashes, this volume varies from person to person. During your initial appointment you will fill out intake, consent and liability forms, discuss the desired outcome of your set and take before and after pictures (if consented).
If applied correctly by a certified lash technician, lash extensions are not at all damaging.
We kindly ask that you arrive on time with clean, makeup, serum and oil free lashes. This includes the surrounding eye area aswell.
For the best results, please arrive to your lash extension appointment with a completely clean, bare face. Do not wear any makeup or skincare products, including foundation, concealer, eye makeup, mascara, eyeliner, or facial creams and oils, as any product on the skin or lashes can interfere with the adhesive and affect lash retention. If you wear contact lenses, you may wish to remove them prior to your appointment for comfort, and we recommend avoiding caffeine beforehand so you can relax during the service.
To ensure the best retention and longevity of your lash extensions, avoid getting your lashes wet or exposing them to steam for the first 24 hours after your appointment. Clean your lashes regularly, typically 1–2 times per week or more often if you wear makeup, using a lash-safe cleanser to remove buildup. Avoid using oil-based products around the eyes, as oils can break down the adhesive and cause premature shedding. Try to avoid sleeping directly on your face or lashes, brush your lashes daily with a clean spoolie to keep them neat, and avoid pulling, rubbing, or picking at the extensions. Lash fills are recommended every 2–3 weeks to maintain fullness and keep your natural lashes healthy.
